Practice
MUDAGAL ADVOCATES is a litigation law office based in Delhi, engaged in the practice of representing clients before a wide range of judicial and quasi-judicial forums. Our Approach
Preparation
The firm's practice is defined by preparation. Whether the matter is a reinstatement petition before the CAT or a trademark opposition at the IPR Registry, the standard remains the same: a careful reading of the entire record, identification of the applicable legal provisions and precedent, and a clearly structured argument. Preparation is not delegated. The lawyers who appear in court are the ones who have worked through the file.
